    The Electoral Commission is not impressed with the Labour plan to postpone even more council elections. “Scheduled elections should as a rule go ahead as planned, and only be postponed in exceptional circumstances,” Chief Exec Vijay Rangarajan said in a withering statement.

    AFTER nearly 4years of negotiations, representatives from the EU & UK have finalised the text of the Treaty on Gibraltar, which would put an end to the historic Fence of Gibraltar and the text is now under legal review, .... and is set to come into effect in early 2026.
